APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of Airports, or designee, to execute a lease between the County, as Lessor, and David and Peter Friedman, as Tenant, for 200 square feet of storage space located at 161 John Glenn Drive, Concord, for a term of one year, at an initial rent of $250 per month, and annual rent escalators of 3%, beginning January 1, 2026 and DELEGATE authority to the Director of Airports, or designee to terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms of the lease if deemed necessary. (100% Airport Enterprise Fund)
