APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Sheriff-Coroner, a purchase order with QA Group, LLC (dba Quantum Analytics), in an amount not to exceed $35,000, to provide hydrogen generators for use in tandem with the Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer Flame Ionization Detector to produce gases and eliminate the need to purchase compressed gas cylinders, for the period April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. (100% Grant funds)
