APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with End 2 End Public Safety, LLC. to migrate its jail management system from County servers to vendor’s cloud-based system with no change in the payment limit of $1,302,404 or contract term through February 25, 2028.
