APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to increase the payment limit for a contract with Medical Information Technology, Inc., by $429,300 to an amount not to exceed $1,296,30 to continue providing Contra Costa Health software license and maintenance services for its Health Care Information Systems solution, and clarify the term of the contract which shall continue in effect until terminated pursuant to its terms. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
