Acting as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chief Engineer, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Schaaf and Wheeler, Consulting Civil Engineers, to extend the term through from September 29, 2026 to September 29, 2028, for on-call flood control facility design, with no change to the payment limit, Countywide.
