APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute an amendment to the On-Call Transportation Engineering Consulting Services contract with Whitlock & Weinberger Transportation, Inc., for the I-680 Ramps at Stone Valley Road Improvements Study (Task Order 6), effective September 15, 2026, to change to a project-specific contract for Transportation Engineering Services – Task Order 6 Completion; and to extend the termination date from September 19, 2026, to the new termination date of upon completion of Task Order 6 with a payment limit not to exceed $138,500, Alamo area. (100% Developer Fees and Local Road Funds)
