APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller, or designee, to pay an amount not to exceed $284,825 to Locumtenens.com, LLC, for providing temporary physician services during peak loads, temporary absences, vacations and emergency situations where additional physician staffing was required at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, Health Centers, and Detention Centers for the period June 30, 2025 through December 31, 2025, as recommended by the Health Services Director. (100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
