APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee,to execute an agreement amendment, effective July 1, 2026 with Mt. Diablo Unified School District to increase the payment limit by $1,213 to a new payment limit not to exceed $616,941, to pass through a federal cost of living adjustment to programs providing Early Head Start services, with no change to the term September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
