APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Conservation and Development Director to submit the County's FY 2025/26 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the following federal programs: Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act, Emergency Solutions Grant, and HOME American Rescue Plan. (No fiscal impact)
