APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, a Participating Addendum with Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC., in an amount not to exceed $250,000, for educational school supplies, instructional solutions and related products for use during the period of August 11, 2026 through December 31, 2026, Countywide. (100% Head Start Grant/CA State Preschool Funding).
