APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Echo Consulting Services of California, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $290,367 to an amount not to exceed $5,616,367 to provide additional maintenance and support of ShareCare accounting and scheduling software with no change in the term which automatically renews for successive one-year periods until terminated. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
