APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a lease amendment with 2255 Contra Costa Boulevard Associates, a California Limited Partnership, to extend the lease term for office space used by the District IV Supervisor at 2255 Contra Costa Boulevard, Suite 202, in Pleasant Hill from August 31, 2027 to August 31, 2031, with two additional four-year renewal options, at an annual rent of approximately $99,768 starting September 1, 2026, with annual increases thereafter. (100% General Fund)
