APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Al Bast Medical Corporation, to increase the payment limit by $670,000 to an amount not to exceed $2,200,000 and to extend the term through September 30, 2028 to provide additional cardiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers. (100% Hospital Enterprise I fund)
