APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the County Librarian, to execute a purchase order with OrangeBoy, LLC, subject to the terms of their Services and Software Subscription Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $26,107 for the renewal of the Savannah with SmartyCat subscription bundle for the period November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. (100% Library Fund)
