APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the County Librarian, to execute a purchase order with EBSCO Information Services, LLC, subject to their EBSCO License Agreement - Standard and Enterprise License Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $122,882 for the renewal of Rosetta Stone Library Solutions Plus subscription for the period September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029. (100% Library Fund)
