APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chief Information Officer, or designee, to execute an amendment to the Cloudwick Master Services Agreement (MSA), dated December 18, 2025, with Cloudwick Technologies, Inc., to incorporate updated contract terms, and APPROVE and AUTHORIZE future purchase orders with Cloudwick Technologies, Inc. pursuant to the terms of the MSA, provided that each purchase order includes a payment limit of $200,000 or less, and the terms of the MSA have not substantially changed.
