APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with RDA Consulting, SPC, in an amount not to exceed $318,240 to provide consultation and technical assistance services for the County’s Assisted Outpatient Treatment program for persons with Serious Mental Illness, and to purchase and provide 160 Target gift cards with a total value of $4,000 for eligible participants' engagement in program activities and completion of client surveys for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
