RATIFY the Health Services Director, or designee’s issuance of a 30-day advance written notice to terminate the contract with ECG Management Consultants, LLC, for the provision of management consulting services for enhancements to the appointment unit at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, effective at the close of business on August 31, 2026. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
