APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Focus Strategies, in an amount not to exceed $202,850 to provide consultation and technical assistance services to the Health, Housing and Homeless Services Division to promote and facilitate the reduction of unsheltered homelessness in support of the County’s Continuum of Care homeless system of care for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. (52% Housing and Homeless Incentive Program funds; 24% Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention funds; 24% Housing and Urban Development CoC Planning funds)
