APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to purchase on behalf of the Health Services Director, up to 50 Safeway, 50 Target, 100 Walmart, and 200 SaveMart Gift Cards plus applicable shipping in a total amount not to exceed $8,100 for patients of the Tuberculosis Client Services Program.
