APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Contra Costa Interfaith Transitional Housing, Inc. (dba Hope Solutions), in an amount not to exceed $1,065,831 to provide rapid rehousing and homeless prevention services for eligible adults enrolled in the Employment and Human Services Department Adult Protective Services (APS) Bureau’s Home Safe Program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
