APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Contra Costa Interfaith Transitional Housing, Inc. (dba Hope Solutions), in an amount not to exceed $2,200,000 to provide rapid rehousing and homeless prevention services for families enrolled in County’s Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) CalWORKs program and who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness and are eligible to receive services through the California Department of Social Services HousingWORKs! program, and to purchase and provide 645 gift cards (85 Walmart, 265 Safeway, 120 Target, 175 Shell Gas or Clipper) with a total value of $35,000 to eligible participants in the rapid rehousing program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
