APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County in an amount not to exceed $57,560, to provide Family Preservation Services in the form of parenting education, early intervention services and to provide 64 Target gift cards with a total value of $6,400 for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
