APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Counseling Options & Parent Education Support Center, Inc. (C.O.P.E.) in an amount not to exceed $201,040 to provide Community Based Family Support Services in the form of parenting classes, individualized therapeutic coaching, case management services and to provide up to 146 gift cards with a total value of $7,300 for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
