APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the Public Works Director, individual purchase orders with: Azco Supply, Inc., CED Bay Area – Concord, JAM Services, Nor Cal Signal Supply LLC, Swarco McCain, Inc, and Traffic and Parking Control Co., LLC, in an amount not to exceed $1,750,000 for each purchase order, to supply traffic signal equipment, materials, and related maintenance supplies on an as-needed basis, for the period August 25, 2026 through August 24, 2029, Countywide. (100% General Fund)
