AWARD and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute Job Order Contracts with Bel-Air Mechanical, Inc. and Air Systems Service & Construction LLC, effective September 7, 2026, in the amount of $1,000,000 each for mechanical projects including but not limited to facilities maintenance, improvement, repair, modernization, remodeling, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) installation, and other related work, Countywide.
