AWARD and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute Job Order Contracts with C & J Painting and KBI Painting, Inc., effective September 7, 2026, in the amount of $1,000,000 each for painting projects including but not limited to facilities maintenance, improvement, repair, modernization, remodeling, and other related work, Countywide.
