APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the Public Works Director, a Participating Addendum with Liquidity Services Operations, LLC., in an amount not to exceed $900,000, for auction services with related solutions, for use by multiple divisions of the Public Works Department, during the period of August 25, 2026, through January 27, 2029, Countywide. (100% Fleet Internal Service Fund)
