APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Prometheus Laboratories Inc., to increase the payment limit by $200,000 to a new payment limit not to exceed $400,000, and to extend the termination date through October 31, 2029 to provide additional outside laboratory testing services for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
