APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Discover Me | Us Marriage and Family Therapy Prof. Corp. (dba Discover Me Us Counseling Services), to increase the payment limit by $210,000 to an amount not to exceed $430,000 to provide additional Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services for beneficiaries in Contra Costa County with no change in the term ending June 30, 2027.
