APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Health Services Director, a purchase order amendment with Beckman Coulter, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $916,000 to an amount not to exceed $9,416,000 for the purchase of additional reagents and supplies for the clinical laboratory at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center with no change to the term ending November 30, 2026.
