APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the California State Sheriff’s Association (CSSA) authorizing the use of the Sheriff’s Custody Operations Prisoner Exchange application (SCOPE) for the purpose of coordinating and sharing transportation of incarcerated individuals within California, which may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, by either the Office of the Sheriff or CSSA. (No fiscal impact)
