Acting as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, ADOPT Resolution No. 2026-172, regarding the Engineer’s Report for the adoption of Fiscal Year 2026–2027 assessments in Stormwater Utility Area Nos. 1–18; and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to fix and give notice of a public hearing on the report and the proposed assessments on June 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., Countywide.
