APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute individual contracts with Terri Oyarzun in the amount not to exceed $1,500,000 and Paradise Grazing Co. in the amount not to exceed $500,000, to provide on-call grazing services for vegetation management, for the period of May 12, 2026 through May 11, 2029, Countywide. (100% Flood Control District and General Funds)
