APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the County Librarian, to execute a purchase order with SenSource, Inc, subject to the terms of their Form 1055-C Saas and Services Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $10,032, for the VEA Reporting Service & Support for people-counting sensors, for the period May 31, 2026, through May 30, 2027. (100 % Library Fund)
