APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Oxford House, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $10,000 to a new payment limit of $331,837 for additional alcohol and drug abuse prevention and treatment services to assist residents to maintain an alcohol-free and drug-free lifestyle and transition back into the community with no change in the term ending June 30, 2026. (100% Opioid Settlement Funds)
