APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Bi-Bett, to increase the payment limit by $43,786 to a new payment limit of $337,785 for additional transitional housing services for adult males participating in intensive outpatient or outpatient substance use disorder treatment with no change in the term ending June 30, 2026.
