APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Desarrollo Familiar, Inc. (dba Familias Unidas), to increase the payment limit by $106,606 to an amount not to exceed $315,637, and extend the termination date through December 31, 2026 to provide additional full range, community-based mental health services for eligible adults in West County under the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Community Services and Supports Program. (100% BHSA)
