APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Seneca Family of Agencies, to increase the payment limit by $4,331,265 to a new payment limit of $11,885,082 and extend the termination date through December 31, 2026 for additional school and community-based Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families in Contra Costa County.
