APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with We Care Services for Children, to increase the payment limit by $1,346,229 to an amount not to exceed $3,412,972, and extend the term through December 31, 2026, to provide additional Medi-Cal Specialty mental health services for high risk, delayed or seriously emotionally disturbed children in Central County. (50% Federal Medi-Cal; 50% Mental Health Realignment)
