APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Aspiranet, to increase the payment limit by $298,350 to an amount not to exceed $883,350, and extend the termination date through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services including Therapeutic Behavioral Services for seriously emotionally disturbed children and young adults up to twenty-one years of age with high-risk behavior in East and West County. (100% Federal Medi-Cal)
