APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with La Clinica De La Raza, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $476,167 to an amount not to exceed $1,276,167 and extend the term through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for children and their families in East and West County. (50% Federal Medi-Cal; 50% Mental Health Realignment)
