APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Carmen Lam, DO, in an amount not to exceed $400,000 to provide consultation and technical assistance services to the Contra Costa Health Plan Medical Management team with regard to policies and procedures used by Utilization Management for the period March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027.
