APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with A Step Forward Child Abuse Treatment and Training Programs, A Marriage, Family and Child Counseling Corporation, to increase the payment limit by $130,000 to a new payment limit of $980,000 for additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for beneficiaries in Central County with no change in the term ending June 30, 2026. (30% Federal Medi-Cal; 30% State Mental Health Realignment funds; 40% Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund II).
