APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to purchase on behalf of the Health Services Director, up to 135 Safeway gift cards and 135 Walmart ATF gift cards with a value of $5 each, plus applicable shipping and handling for a total amount not to exceed $1,450 for community members who actively engage in Tobacco Prevention Coalition meetings, work groups, and related efforts for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
