APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Youth Homes Incorporated, to increase the payment limit by $3,331,870 to a new payment limit of $7,131,870 and extend the termination date through December 31, 2026 for additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children in Contra Costa County. (50% Federal Medi-Cal; 50% Mental Health Realignment)
