APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Peyman Keyashian, M.D., to increase the payment limit by $2,125,000 to a new payment limit of $3,120,000 and extend the termination date through May 31, 2029 for additional anesthesiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers.
