APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with District Council of Contra Costa County, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Diocese of Oakland, to increase the payment limit by $509,376 to a new payment limit of $824,376 and extend the term through June 30, 2027 for additional homeless prevention services for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, in Contra Costa County. (62% County General Funds Contingency Reserve; 38% Measure X)
