APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to execute a contract with Summit Food Services, LLC in an amount not to exceed $4,500,000 to provide food service at the Sheriff's West County Detention Facility, Martinez Detention Facility and Marsh Creek Detention Facility for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an optional one-year term extension. (100% General Fund)
