ADOPT Resolution No. 2026-317 approving the Side Letter between Contra Costa County and AFSCME, Local One to update the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the parties to replace references to outdated job classifications and amend Subsection 53.1.A - Department of Agriculture Personnel to remove the requirement for Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspectors II and III to possess a Hazardous Materials Endorsement to be eligible to receive the 2.5% Class A License differential.
